Software is the deliverable
Decks, diagrams, and roadmaps are working artifacts. The deliverable is software running in production.
About
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY VINTEKSGROUP COMPANY exists to design, build, and operate the digital systems that organizations rely on. We are not a body shop, not a reseller, and not a slide-deck consultancy. We ship software, and we keep it running.

VINTEKSGROUP was founded by a group of platform engineers who had spent years inside large enterprises watching transformation programs over-promise and under-deliver. We started the firm with a simple commitment: small teams of senior people, accountable for outcomes, paid for what we build rather than the hours we log.
That commitment shaped everything that came after — how we hire, how we scope work, how we run delivery, and how we stay involved long after a system goes live. Today we work with organizations across financial services, healthcare, logistics, energy, and the public sector.
Decks, diagrams, and roadmaps are working artifacts. The deliverable is software running in production.
We pick the proven tool that the on-call engineer at 3am will thank us for, not the one that looks best in a conference talk.
Threat models, least privilege, and supply-chain integrity are part of the build — not a checklist at the end.
If we cannot operate it, we should not build it. Observability and runbooks ship with the feature.
We turn down work that is not in your interest. The long relationship is worth more than the next change order.
Knowledge transfer is constant. When we leave, your team should be stronger than when we arrived.
We operate as a network of small, durable pods — typically four to seven engineers — supported by shared practices in architecture, security, data, and operations. Pods are staffed for the long term so they accumulate context, not turnover.
